The sort of story that keeps me excited about my idea I one day will get up and running.
My programming skills are more down the Java / J2EE route but can also pout together a desktop application. All a big learning curve.

Robert! Great to see you are back online! ...and how timely. I have been thinking about getting in touch with you, as I have been making lots of investments in my internal processes of late and could probably benefit from your advice.

Perhaps we can chat soon.

Keep up the great work!

I agree on all counts Kenneth. And with many more freelancers working the market today it's also easier to team up when you need more people on a project. Then the challenge is finding reliable people.

You're absolutely right. You should decide which exactly option works best for you, because the option you like best makes your work a mere pleasure. And it's really fantastic to wake up every morning and be just dying to start your work asap. If that does not happen to you, something is wrong. You need to reconsider your your working life. And one more thing. Now it's really easy to run a small company because modern technologies (like you actually specified in your post) allow to communicate really easily with people all around the world.

Hi Vonnie - I'm glad it can help - that's why it's here. Please do feel free to share it with others. No need to spend tons of money on an attorney or wonder if the contract you downloaded from the Internet is good - this one is.

Cool, I subscribed to the podcast via itunes and downloaded that interview. I've had it in my head for a long time that a coach that focuses on the mental performance of athletes could be a good cross over for business folks.
