Atom Groom, a guy with one of the coolest names I’ve ever heard, is a Freelance Web and Graphic Designer from Chicago. Atom has taken his background in graphic design, and added web design and development with a dash of SEO to create a freelance career where he picks and chooses the clients he works with, clients like Pepsi and Kodak.
In this interview Atom discusses why it took him years to fully transition into self-employment, how he chooses which clients to work with, and how he gets big projects like his recently announced redevelopment and relaunch of the Faith Church site.
